What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching offers you an invested partner to support and guide you along your journey. People are unique, and my job is to get to know each client and help them identify what’s meaningful to them and what they want for themselves. Together we will create an evolving vision statement centered on the question Who do you want to be? The hope is to uncover related goals and possible ways to pursue them in a judgment-free, energy-giving space.
How Has It Helped Others?
Wellness coaching has helped people lose weight, reduce stress and anxiety, achieve a better work-life balance, and adopt energy-giving eating, exercise and sleep behaviors among many other goals, but what it can do for you depends on what you want for yourself. As we work together to envision the life you want to lead, we’ll discover new ways to inspire healthy habits.
How Often Would We Meet?
I propose a free 15-minute meeting or call to get to know each other. If we determine that wellness coaching is a good fit, ideally we will work together for 30 – 45 minutes per week for 6-12 consecutive weeks. Depending on your preferences and our shared moments of availability, I can work in person, over the phone, FaceTime, or via Skype.
How Much?
Although my full-time hourly rate is $60, I am willing to negotiate the rate in exchange for other services or arrangements if this rate is cost-prohibitive. I’m also open to some sort of “energy swap” in which we exchange gifts (i.e. coaching for professional massages, Pilates classes, graphic design skills, website development support, sewing skills, lovingly cooked healthy meals, home-organization assistance, painting, etc).
