❤️Families can be dysfunctional with broken relationships
❤️For good mental health that is lasting, try to make amends and foster peace in ALL of your relationships when possible
❤️Be kind and giving, expecting nothing in return if you are able
❤️Learn to love others despite their flaws, accepting others as they are
❤️Realize you are not able to change a person but you can help them in other ways if they so desire
❤️Focus on improving your own flaws and focus less on the flaws of others
❤️Give praise and compliments often and criticize less
❤️Lastly, remember only God chooses the family you are born in. Accept yours and make the best of those relationships.
